A small and simple Portuguese home, with 2 bedrooms, and windows, a cute balcony overlooking the little street. Perfectly situated so that you can experience the daily life and warm welcoming of the neighborhood. Just imagine yourself at the little balcony drinking a coffee and enjoying the local ambience!
A few steps away from the Flea Market, the best market in Lisboa (every Tuesday and Saturday), where our family has worked since 1975. Close to a park with a beautiful view over the river, a small playground, a coffee shop and fitness equipment.
The apartment situated on the 1st- floor of an old building on a little street, has perfect location. Close to most of the famous touristic spots, and just a few steps away from the Flea Market (Feira da Ladra), the National Pantheon, and S. Vicente Monastery, and beautiful viewpoints.
The apartment is also situated a few steps from a quiet garden- Jardim Botto Machado, with amazing view over Tejo River, a little coffee-place, a playground, and fitness outdoor equipment.
Graça is the most genuine neighborhood in Lisbon! Safe, central and beautiful. It is known for its amazing viewpoints, little colorful tiled houses, worker`s villas, ancient palaces. You will be impressed with the lively atmosphere and all the things to do around!
The neighborhood has everything you need. It is just a 5 minute walk to “Largo da Graça” square with its 28 Yellow Tram, local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and bars. It is very easy to walk or take public transport everywhere. A 10 minute walk to Santa Apolonia Train/Metro station (blue line) and buses. A 20 minute walk to the city center.
In the apartment you will have all facilities at your disposal:

– 1 Bedroom with a Bunk Bed (2 single beds with 90×200).
– 1 living and dining room with TV and a couch.
– 1 fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine, stove, oven & microwave.
– 1 bathroom with a shower.
– 1 little balcony with street view.

As with most of Graça’s typical apartments, expect to find little balconies and windows, small spaces without AC (we use heaters and fans), thin floor and walls made of wood, and steep and narrow staircases (for example, 1 flight of stairs to reach the apartment/no elevator). There is no soundproof, we can hear both…birds singing and the lively neighborhood! We advise you to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, comfortable shoes and to avoid heavy luggage.
